Plants & Pot On a Private Patio Acrylic on Canvas
This is just a small 5 x7 inch study of some beautiful plants that grow at one of my favorite spots on a patio I enjoy
Acrylic Paintings on Recycled Cabinet Doors
Trompe l' oeil Acrylic on Old Cabinet Door
This was a commission request from a gentlemen who wanted to add something a little different to an old kitchen cabinet door that he has in his kitchen.
He had suggested maybe having the word "Spices" added and left the rest up to my imagination.
A little lavender, red chilly peppers and sage hung from twine.
With some garlic setting on the bottom.

Hand Painted Christmas Signs
Reverse Glass Painted Christmas Windows
Reverse Glass Paintings on Recycled Windows
I painted this window before Halloween and it sold pretty fast at the Montrose Farmers Market.
All my reverse glass painted windows are sealed on the back and have large eyelet bolts with chain to make for easy hanging.
This is a painting of my mother's cat "Cat Cat" who is in cat heaven now. It hangs under the eves of our neighbor's garage which we see from our back yard.
And this is in memory of my beloved Irish Setter "Showfield's Sweet Joy" (I just called her Joy Dog). She hangs under the eves with Cat Cat.
I love painting Ger aniums on the old windows. People seem to always like them and snatch them right up.

Tyler & Alexander 12-19-09
Tyler's wedding bouquet had lovely pale pink lilies, deep blue delphiniums, pink roses and white roses.
, Quite a few of her pink roses had perfect heart shaped petals toward the center of the rose which I place at the top of the painting.
This wedding bouquet preserved on canvas is 18 x 24 inches.

Laura & Dan
Laura's wedding bouquet consisted of beautiful pink and white peonies but she wanted to add more color to her preserved wedding flower painting.
Laura and Dan liked the design in their wedding invitation and on the stamps they used to mail them out. This design was incorporated into the painting in shades of brown at the bride's request.
Flowers from the center pieces were also pressed and added to the painting to add more color and texture.
The painting is 16 x 20 inches and includes white Roses, green Hydrangeas, pink and white Peonies and Ranunculi and a lovely green filler.

Linda & Andrew December 16, 2009
Linda and Andrew wanted to include the little crystals that were in the wedding bouquet and give the painting a feeling of stars catching light from the moon. They chose a beautiful deep burgundy background which compliments the light off white flowers and the lovely silver green dusty miller. Flowers consisted of white roses, stephanotis, freesia and dusty miller
