Stacie and Joe were married at Cobblestone Farms, Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was an outdoor wedding and Stacie wanted her flowers and painting to reflect that like flowers growing in a field. This painting was done on a 12 x 12 gallery wrapped canvas.

Ana with Sun Flowers

My daughter just celebrated her birthday. I had been saving one of my favorite photos of her when she was just a toddler. We had planted sunflowers in our front yard and Ana came out to enjoy the garden in the apron that I had made for her out of recycled jeans. I had embroidered "Mommy's Little Helper" on the front. I made a small painting from the photo and gave it to her for her birthday.
